FROM THE BAY BRIDGE

Take the Embarcadero Exit, and maneuver left to go down Broadway. Take it past the strip bars and stores with skinned ducks hanging in the windows, and through the tunnel. Take your second right out of the tunnel on Polk Street (at the Walgreens). You are now 3 blocks from Union street and a cold beverage. Tonic is at the corner of Polk & Union.

FROM THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE

Pay the toll; (I believe its $5). Enjoy the view. Cross the bridge, and take the Lombard street exit. Go down Lombard street for a dozen or so blocks, and take a right onto Polk. Go down 3 blocks; if you see a Gorilla Sports, you've gone too far. Turn around, come back, we won't hold it against you.

FROM THE PENINSULA

Take Hwy 101 to the 9th street exit. Go down 9th street until it forks. Take the Larkin street side, on the right after you cross Market St. Go down Larkin, past the transgender prostitutes, until you get to Sacramento. Take a left, and go down one block to Polk Street. Take a right on Polk, then go 8 blocks to freedom
